During the warmer seasons our chickens start laying like crazy.
Nothing beats the taste of fresh eggs.....yummm!
Scrambled, fried, hard boiled, soft boiled, custards................
You get the idea,
one of our favorite ways to eat wonderful,
farm fresh eggs is to make a cheese
filled quiche.
A friend shared her Bisquick recipe with me years ago.

for 45 min |
I don't care for peppers, they look pretty, but I just don't like them.
Broccolli brings a nice touch of color.
Ham is nice, too.
You can add or change to your family's taste.
Hope you enjoy!!!
I will put pics in another post of our sweet chickens....we love them....
each is named according to their unique
personality
Blessings, Audrey
