Creamy Delicious Vintage Linens and Lace

Creamy vintage linens and lace are such  lovely things.
They are so pretty....
to the eye....
and to the touch.
You can do such wonderful things with old lace....

I put some of my collection in a huge jar to make a pretty display.

You can use vintage lace
to tie old books together in a bundle.

It looks down-right fetching with
Creamware and Milk Glass!

Lovely!

And happy day, jump up and turn around news!

http://frenchlarkspur.blogspot.com/2012/07/creatively-made-home.html

I am so excited! I get to learn from not just one amazingly gifted lady....
 but five
creative and generous ladies!
 Wow!
I have been sick with a really nasty virus,
my bank card got hacked
[thankfully didn't lose any money].
Didn't feel like even checking my email this morning!
 Yuck!
So when I opened Tracey's post and saw my name listed as one of the winners.....
Yay!

So....
I will leave you with one of my favorite groups
singing 'Happy Day'!
Because it is a happy day even if you don't win a give away and you have a virus and some nitwit far away that you don't even know tries to hack your bank card.....
because He's Alive!

Hope your week is blessed
and that you have a happy day!
Blessings,
Audrey

Beautiful! I love old lace. The way you have displayed them in the jar is so pretty and I love the lace trim spilling from the book. Lovely!

Congrats on the great win and hope you are feeling better. Hate those darn hackers! I love vintage lace and gnab it whenever I run across any. Looks luscious in your jar. I store ribbons in a large jar, but really love the lace! Thanks for sharing with Share Your cup.
Hugs,
Jann

I'm glad to read that your day got better with the win!
I have a collection of tatted and lace edgings as well - I'll have to think about ways to use them.

Oh my! I would never have thought to display lace and crocheted items in a jar but it is just lovely. Congrats on winning! By the way, your photographs all look dreamy and creamy! Hope you feel better now.
