Gimme Some Bling!

Sometimes you NEED some bling! Especially in the bleak, cold days of winter.
What can a girl do?
Make a pink and crystal and ribbon and gold and silver blingy necklace!!!

I love the necklaces that are in style right now. The ones with several strands of beads and chain hooked together with  one toggle. I already had the old, excuse me....vintage.... chain. String the large beads on wire, use a crimp to attach to a large jump ring. Fasten as many strands as you please. Tie them all together with ribbon, then tie the other end of the ribbon to a toggle. Super easy BLING!

 I don't have a mannequin.

The only dummy in the house was...Got any guesses who?

That is me trying to figure out how to take my pictures...sooo serious!

Feeling down after the rush of the Christmas Season? Been making stuff for everyone? Take a bit of time for yourself. Give yourself permission to rest.

Make a little bling !

Until next time.

Beautiful necklace! You were very creative to make it yourself. I may have to look at my jewelry in a whole new way to see if there is something I can combine.

Oh how nice to see your pretty face! Your creation is beautiful! I love that style of jewelry, too, but always feel lightly overdressed when I put it on... guess that is a remnant of my childhhood tomboy coming through. lol

Thanks for sharing at MM> Wishing you much joy in the new year! xoxo
